Stephanie is the cofounder of Coup2Main with over 15 years of experience in childcare and education. As a mother of two she can relate to juggling work and motherhood and after school activities. She understands the importance of not only finding the right fit, but also connecting and building long-lasting relationships between nannies and families.
Her profound interest and love for children started at an early age. Being the eldest of four, playing with, cooking for, and tutoring her younger siblings was constantly expected of her. Stephanie brings in a strong parental background coupled with a keen understanding of child psychology. She believes it is the right time to set up a multicultural nanny placement company and give a “Coup de Main” to the childcare industry. Stephanie spent several years in the USA, South Africa and France. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from Baruch College and a master in Francophonie and International Relations from AUF (Agence Universitaire de la Francophonie), two certificates in English-French translation and a certificate in Crèche management. She enjoys readin , dancing, cooking, doing ceramics and mostly cuddling with her two children.
Mbayang is the Head of Marketing and Corporate Partnerships at Coup2Main. She is leading the agency’s long term vision and growth strategies with the goal to innovate the nannying industry with capacity to build for specialized training and development of nannies’ full potential during their active years and afterwards.
Mbayang has over a 10 year experience in various capacities and tenures at the United Nations in bilateral and multilateral communication with Member States and made key contributions in the areas of policy-related research and analysis, technical cooperation, intergovernmental negotiations and public and private partnerships building in sustainable development and renewable energy fields. Mbayang took on this adventure with her longtime friend Stephanie because of her passion for the advancement of Children. Motivated by a drive to share what she has been blessed with, she launched “Coup2Main gives back” which donates used toys, children books from families of Coup2Main to children’s hospitals in West Africa.
Mbayang holds an M.P.A. in International Economic Policy and Management from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs and a B.Sc. in Finance and Economics from Rochester Institute of Technology. She is fluent in English and French.
